How can I order a Catalog?

You can request a catalog through the Order a Catalog link located on the navigation bar to the left or you can email us at sales@protimesports.com.

How long will it take to ship my order?

If your order does not require printing we will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will notify you via email if there is a back order that will delay the shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. League orders with printing will take 4-6 weeks to complete.

What is a KitPak?

A KitPak includes your Selected Jersey, Style 3201 St. Louis Shorts and Style 7101 All Sport Socks. Alternative shorts can be substituted for an additional fee. KitPak pricing is based on the jersey size. For example, if you order a Youth Large Jersey, Adult Small Shorts and a Medium Sock and you will be billed for a YOUTH KitPak.

Can Protime Sports print my order?

Protime Sports is proud to offer a wide variety of quality printing services. Compete printing information and pricing is outlined in the Ordering & Printing link on the navigation bar to the left.

How will my order be packed when it is shipped to me?

Orders that are not numbered will be packed in bulk by style, color and size. Numbered KitPaks (jerseys, shorts and socks) will be poly bagged and labeled by team set and boxed by division for easy distribution. Team sets can be individually boxed for an additional $2.00 per team set.

What shipping method do you use?

We utilize UPS for both ground and air shipments. UPS-Ground is 1-6 business days transit time, depending on your location.

Are freight charges included in the prices?

All prices are F.O.B. Seattle, Washington. Freight charges are based on shipping destination, total weight and shipping method. A freight estimate can be provided by a Customer Service Representative (Call 1-800-575-1603); the actual freight will be billed at the time the order is shipped.

Are samples available?

Samples are available and will be billed at the individual item price. Samples in good condition may be returned using a valid return authorization number and will be access a 10% restocking fee.

What happens if I refuse a shipment?

If the order is printed the order will be returned to the customer and the account will be responsible for all outstanding charges including return freight. Unprinted merchandise will be returned to stock and the account will be charged for all freight and a 10% restocking fee. All future orders must be prepaid.

What is your return policy?

To confirm your order is complete, inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. A Return Authorization Number will be issued and must appear on all return address labels. Merchandise must be returned prepaid, COD will not be accepted. Custom made, used, soiled, damaged or printed merchandise cannot be returned. Defective merchandise must be returned according to the return policy for evaluation.  To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) email sales@protimesports.com or call 1-800-575-1603.

What is Wickguard?

In an effort to lead the recreational soccer uniform industry with technical fabrics all Protime jerseys, shorts and referee uniforms are designed using Wickguard Moisture Management Technology. This specially designed fabric wicks moisture away from your body to assist in keeping you cool and dry in any game situation.

What are the washing instructions for my uniform?

Gentle cycle, machine wash, cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Do not iron.

What size uniforms should I order for my team or league?

We have provided a size chart and sizing recommendations for your convenience, simply choose the Sizing link on the navigation bar to the left. The KitPak Team Sizing Recommendation will help you size your league without measuring each individual player. Remember this chart is only an estimate based in average orders.

What is the inseam length on your shorts and warm-up pants?

There may be up to 1/4" sewing variance for inseam lengths.

Do your uniforms have a warranty?

Although all merchandise is carefully inspected for defects before the product is shipped, Protime Sports will fully guarantee against all material and manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise will be immediately replaced at our expense.
