STEP ONE: Choose your Uniform
Protime Sports offers an extensive variety of team uniform designs, accessories, and spirit wear. We offer a complete in stock line of both traditional and contemporary uniform styles; assuring a look to suit every team’s needs.
STEP TWO: Choose Your Method
Protime Sports offers three options for customizing your logos, names and numbers: Heat Transfer, Tackle Twill and Embroidery. Heat Transfer is a method of garment decoration which permanently adheres a specialized material to a garment’s surface. Heat transfers are a cost effective solution for team set logos and with our ability to cut custom shapes, heat transfer is a versatile solution for naming and numbering team jersey sets. Tackle Twill is the process of sewing a cut out piece of material to a garment. It creates a durable and visually rich form of garment embellishment and is the only method of naming and numbering jerseys used by professional baseball. Embroidery involves the use of a needle, thread and a computer controlled embroidery machine to sew designs and/or text into garments. Embroidery is an ideal option for spiritwear and cap logo application.
STEP THREE: Choose Your Print Location(s)
There are a variety of possibilities to create the look you want. Add your logo, number or name to any location below. Some limitations may apply due to your individual logo or the construction of a specific garment. A Protime Sports team specialist will determine your logo size based on print location, size range and garment construction.
STEP FOUR: Choose your Logo or Text
Select a logo design from the Protime Sports Logo Library or send us your own logo. Customer supplied logos must be vectors saved as an EPS or AI file and be submitted by email to sales@protimesports.com. A $35.00 art charge will be assessed for logos that are not supplied as a vector file. Logos are available in 20 stock colors to help create your custom look.
STEP FIVE: Choose your Numbers and Names
Gather numbering and name information for all of the players. Based on your printing location your numbers and names will be printed to your specifications. Protime's standard number is our own custom one color outline number available in 4” or 8”. Numbers and names are available in black, white, scarlet, navy and royal. Non-stock number styles are available at an additional price. 20 stock colors are available for non-stock numbers and names.
STEP SIX: Place Your Order
Place your order with a Protime Sports Team Sales Representatives. We are ready to help you create your team’s identity. When you call be prepared with your uniform style, spirit wear choice, color preference, logo selection, players numbers, names and sizes. Please allow 2 weeks production time for team orders and 4 weeks for club or league orders. Production time may fluctuate on seasonal order volume.

BRAID PROGRAM DETAILS: Add braid to your uniform and create a custom look. Adding braid to Full-button Jerseys is the ideal way to create a fully custom look or a unique color combination. Additionally customize your baseball and softball pants by adding braid to the side seam. Braid is 3/16”, 100% nylon. Simply choose your garment, braid location(s) and braid color(s) and call your local Team Dealer to place your order. All braid options will be applied to stock garments for quick turnaround and delivery. Please allow two weeks production time for braid application.
