Shipping Policy

How long will it take to ship my order?

If your order does not require printing we will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will notify you via email if there is a back order that will delay the shipment. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. League orders with printing will take 2-4 weeks to complete.

How will my order be packed when it is shipped to me?

Orders that are not numbered will be packed in bulk by style, color and size. Numbered league orders will be poly bagged and labeled by team set. Team sets can be individually boxed for an additional $2.00 per team set.

What shipping method do you use?

We utilize UPS. UPS-Ground is 1-6 business days transit time, depending on your location.

Time in Transit for Standard UPS-Ground Shipping:

Pacific: 1 to 3 business days

Mountain: 3 to 4 business days

Central: 3 to 4 business days

Eastern: 5 to 6 business days

Are freight charges included in the prices?

All prices are F.O.B. Seattle, Washington. Online freight charges are based on order amount. A freight estimate can be provided by a Customer Service Representative (Call 1-800-575-1603). If you would like an order to be expedited with a faster shipping option, please call to place your order.


What happens if I refuse a shipment?

If the order is printed the order will be returned to the customer and the account will be responsible for all outstanding charges including return freight. Un-printed/un-decorated merchandise will be returned to stock and the account will be charged for all freight and a 10% restocking fee. All future orders must be prepaid.

What is your return policy?

To confirm your order is complete, inspect all merchandise upon receipt. All claims and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. A Return Authorization Number will be issued and must appear on all return address labels. Merchandise must be returned prepaid, COD will not be accepted. Custom made, used, soiled, damaged or printed merchandise cannot be returned. Defective merchandise must be returned according to the return policy for evaluation. To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) email or call 1-800-575-1603.
