Depending on the store specifics we can launch your store within 2-3 business days from art approval.

Protime Sports collects all payment through the online store so the organization is not responsible. As an alternative, we do also offer Prepaid Stores if organizations prefer the product is billed to them and funds are not collected at the time of the order.

There are no fees to set up or maintain your store. There is a $5.00 processing fee added to each order at check out.

Returns and exchanges are handled through Protime Sports. We will accept any merchandise that is not customized or worn within 30 days of receiving the order. Custom product cannot be returned.
