Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

Because many Protime Sports products are custom made, customer approval is required prior to production.

• Player numbers
• Spelling
• Quantities
• Shipping information

Once artwork or production proofs are approved, Protime Sports is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Colors displayed on screens or printed proofs may vary slightly from finished products due to monitor settings, fabrics, inks, printing methods, and manufacturing processes.

By submitting logos, artwork, or designs, you represent that you have the legal right to use those materials and authorize Protime Sports to reproduce them for production purposes.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Production timelines may vary based on:
